Sabor Market emerges as an innovative initiative within Alicante’s gastronomic sector, featuring a collaborative model designed to support small local producers. Addressing the high cost of rentals in the city center, it offers a shared space where artisans can grow their businesses with reduced overheads and comprehensive marketing services. Under the slogan “Eating life, having fun”, it aims to become the most iconic gastronomic market in the area, validating its market fit through the Lean Start-up methodology and achieving over 90% positive feedback in initial testing.
To ensure its success, a Strategic Marketing Plan was developed to analyze key decision-making factors. This includes a micro-environment study (Porter’s Five Forces and competitive analysis), Buyer Persona definition, and a PESTEL macro-environment diagnosis focused on Alicante. Internal resources are also examined using the BCG Matrix and SWOT analysis to prioritize growth and differentiation strategies. Finally, a three-year action plan is proposed, featuring measurable objectives, a financial budget projecting positive cash flow by 2026, and performance monitoring based on KPIs such as ROI.
Note: This project was originally developed and delivered in Spanish. Key strategic documents and branding elements have been preserved in their original language to reflect the authentic scope of the work.
